Welcome to the website of the EC-ASEAN Intellectual Property Rights Co-operation Programme, ECAP II, a European Commission supported initiative.

ECAP II is entering a dynamic juncture in implementing our activities towards the goal of fostering trade, investment and technology exchanges between Europe and ASEAN, and intra-ASEAN trade and investment. We have a bigger team, more participants and a long list of tasks to be carried out for the remainder of the Programme. This website therefore serves as an information tool to document the joint efforts undertaken by the EU and ASEAN in promoting the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
