IPRTA Workshop, 4-6 December 2006, Bangkok

Supported by ECAP II, a workshop on “Intellectual Property Rights Technical Assistance᾿ (IPRTA) was organised by the Saana Consulting, a European consulting firm, on 4-6 December 2006 in Bangkok. During this event, Mr. Niclas Morey, ECAP II Director, spoke on the implementation of the ECAP II programme and recent achievements with emphasis on the necessity of Technical Assistance.
