The Handbook compiles ASEAN, European and International legislation and guidelines on border control and IP enforcement for ASEAN Customs and will serve as a tool for Customs officials to better tackle counterfeiting and piracy at ASEAN countries’ borders. A CD-Rom version of the Handbook will be available soon at the national IP offices across ASEAN.
