Publication of ECAP II Newsletter 2/2006, March 2007, Bangkok

The ECAP II Newsletter 2/2006 detailed ECAP II regional and national activities implemented during the second half of 2006.  The IP technical section focuses on the new ASEAN Trade Mark Database, the first regional IP database, and the “Quality” process currently applied in the European Patent Office’s search, examination and granting procedures.  An electronic version of this issue can be downloaded from the ECAP II website.
