ASEAN and European scholars discussed a proposal developed by ASEAN scholars who received ECAP II Postgraduate Scholarship to Europe for a common post-graduate curriculum and syllabi template that could be adapted for educational institutions across the region. The forum also provided an opportunity for networking between European and ASEAN universities and IP educational institutions.
