ASEAN DVD Video on IPR Protection, March 2006

The first ASEAN DVD video on IPR protection was produced within the framework of the ECAP II co-operation programme with ASEAN countries.  The DVD aims at raising awareness on intellectual property rights and represents a comprehensive, yet easy to understand, overview of all aspects of intellectual property:  patents, trade marks, plant varieties, geographical indications, industrial designs and copyright.  The film is available in English and five ASEAN languages, namely Bahasa Indonesia, Khmer, Lao, Thai and Vietnamese. Copies of the film are available at the ASEAN national intellectual property offices.  Any request from outside ASEAN can be made direct to the Programme Management Unit of ECAP II in Bangkok, Thailand.
