25th Meeting of the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation (AWIGPC), 1 March 2006, Ho Chi Minh City

On 1 March 2006 the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation (AWIGPC) organised its 25th meeting in Ho Chi Minh City.  Mr Erik Habers, Counsellor of the Delegation of the European Commission to Thailand, informed ASEAN delegates about the outcome of the ECAP II evaluation mission.  Mr Niclas Morey, ECAP II Director, briefed the meeting on progress and constraints of ECAP II at regional level.  The ASEAN working group also discussed the preparation of regional events to be implemented during 2006.

The next ECAP II participation in an AWGIPC meeting was scheduled for 13 July 2006 in Manila.
