Mr. Ignacio de Medrano Caballero from the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) undertook a mission to Vietnam to conduct a two-day seminar/training in Hanoi organised by ECAP II in co-operation with the National Intellectual Property Office (NOIP) of Vietnam. This event gathered 100 representatives of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) who received comprehensive training on litigation procedures on trade marks and industrial designs.
