Support for new Vietnamese IP Legislation, June 2006

Prof. Michael Blakeney from the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute of the University of London verified TRIPS compliance of two Vietnamese draft decrees. These decrees guide the implementation of the Law on Intellectual Property of Vietnam, No. 50/2005/Q11 dated 29 November 2005 (“the IP Law”) and implemented on 1st July 2006.
