Ten judges and legal advisors from Vietnamese Courts and the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) undertook a three-day study visit to the Central Thai IP&IT Court, the only specialised IP court in the ASEAN region to learn from Thai experience in handling efficiently IP cases and in setting up a specialised IP judiciary. The delegates also observed a court trial in the IP&IT Court. In addition, the delegation met with representatives from the Intellectual Property and International Trade Division of the Supreme Court as well as from the Public Prosecutor Office to exchange views on IP legal system of both countries.
