Inauguration of IP Library Supply of 1,000 CDs on IPR Protection 21 July 2005, Hanoi

EPO Vice President Manuel Desantes will inaugurate the IP library at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, NOIP. ECAP II provides equipment and literature for NOIP and other ministries in Vietnam. Meanwhile, ECAP II is commissioning the production of 1,000 CDs on IPR protection in Vietnam.
