Follow-up mission on Plant Variety Protection, 26-27 July 2007, Hanoi

Mr. Francois Burgaud from the French Office for Plant Varieties Protection (CPOV) carried out a follow- up mission to discuss the implementation of Vietnamese new legislation on plant variety protection with Vietnamese relevant authorities. The first mission was undertaken in 2006 to provide comments on the drafting of the new regulation on plant varieties protection enacted in September 2006 (see www.ecap-project.org).
