Prof Michael Blakeney from the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute (QMIPR) of London (UK) undertook a mission to Hanoi to meet with the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) and Vietnamese educational institutions in Hanoi to finalise a selection of teaching materials on IP to be translated into Vietnamese and to be disseminated among educational institutions. .
Prof Michael Blakeney’s mission was also dedicated to the preparation, in co-operation with the Training & Research Centre (TRC) of the NOIP, of a two-week advanced ‘’training of trainers� course on IP teaching for up to 30 Vietnamese university teachers from across Vietnam. The latter took place from 15 to 26 October 2007 in Hanoi.
