Training on new technical issues in patent examination (pharmaceutical-secondary medical issue) 15-26 October 2001, Munich

Three patent examiners from the DIP spent one week studying specific issues in the patent granting procedure for pharmaceutical applications and case studies. Training was provided on examination practice and opposition procedures in the field seminar on substantive examination in the field of chemistry and pharmaceuticals at the EPO International Academy Munich.
