Online publication of Thai IP legal cases, December 2006

One result of the co-operation between the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court (CIPITC) of Thailand and ECAP II is the summary and translation into English of IP case law decisions from the Supreme Court and the Central IP and IT Court (CIPITC) in Thailand. On the occasion of the Symposium celebrating the 9th Anniversary of the CIPITC, the Online publication of Thai IP legal cases was officially launched  and  presented  to the public and the press with over 50 cases published on-line at the website of the CIPITC (www.cipitc.or.th) and of ECAP II (www.ecap-project.org) in searchable format both in Thai & English languages. At the end of December, some 100 cases will be available.
