ECAP Research Fellowship September-October 2002, London

Under this programme, Judge Visit Sripibool from Thailand’s Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, spent two months as a research fellow at the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute, University of London. With management of music copyright getting increasingly chaotic in Thailand and in order to learn from how the issue is handled elsewhere, Judge Visit opted to research on “Private Use on Musical Works, Rights of Public Performance and Collecting Society Systems.”

Full copy of the 90-page report is now available at the library of the Central Intellectual Property Court in Bangkok -- please contact the author at vsripibool(at)yahoo.com
