At DESIGNEX 2005, ECAP II and the Thai Industrial Design Society co-organised a seminar entitled "Design and brand protection; add value to your creativity and products". The seminar was put together to provide information about protecting designs in Thailand and Europe. Legal advice was provided at the ECAP II pavilion, which attracted nearly 100 visitors per day for each of the four days. The most frequently asked questions related to costs and the conditions for protecting design works in Europe.
