Analysis of copyright legislation and reinforcement of collecting societies where appropriate 25-29 June 2001, Bangkok

Mr. Pablo Hernandez Arroyo from the Spanish Authors and Publishers Collective Agency (SGAE) met with Thai officials to exchange views and present experience of SGAE in collecting copyright royalty, as well as the administration of copyright and related rights in Europe, as Thailand was then preparing a draft Copyright Act.
