Two experts from the World Intellectual Property Office, Mr Denis Cohen, Head of the International Registration Systems, Legal Section of the Trademark, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications Sector; and Mr Patrick Cartant, Head of the Examination and Registration Section of the Hague and Lisbon Unit of the Trademark, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications Sector, led this training for IPOS officers from the Registry of Designs, and the Hearings and Mediation Department.
