ECAP brought seven officials from the Philippines to join a dozen other patent examiners from around the world in a seminar on patent search and examination with focus on physics, electricity and mechanics in Berlin.
In a related topic, two specialists from the Philippine IPO attended a training programme Organized by the EPO on search and examination in chemistry,focusing on pharmaceuticals. The activity assisted to contribute to the improvement of examination quality in this specific field of training.
