Responding to the national Intellectual Property Office of the Phlippines’ aspiration to attain self-sustainability and as part of an ongoing item in ECAP II national programme for the Philippines, these two follow-up missions were intended to reassure compliance to the medium-term development plan to ensure the self-sustainability of the IPO in 2007. For Sanna Consulting, a Finnish consultancy firm, expert Mart Leesti conducted these follow-up missions.
