Under the ECAP II programme, Ms Inés GARCIA LLEDO and Mr Markus KICIA, experts from OHIM, conducted a four-day training session for 60 trade marks examiners and officers of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Training Centre. The course provided an overview on trade mark examination procedures, grounds for refusal examination and opposition proceedings.
