Automation study visit, 21-23 September 2005, The Hague

Five officials from the Malaysian Patent Office studied the EPTOS automation system at the EPO office in the Hague.  ECAP II is assisting Malaysia in upgrading the Common Software administration system for patents and trademarks to the new web-based Soprano system of the EPTOS software suite.
