Study Visit on Automation to the European Patent Office, 7-11 August 2006, The Hague (the Netherland)

Four officials from the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), Ms Sharifah Nadiah Syed Sheikh, IT Manager, Ms Nurzatunnafiza Wasir, System Analyst, Mr Mohd Amran Abas, Senior Assistant Registrar of Patents and Ms Faridah Kasmadi, Head of Trademark Formality, undertook a study visit to the European Patent Office (EPO) in The Hague.  They met with Mr. Mark Robinson to discuss about the Soprano Implementation Document (SID). They also discussed with an external consultant (JOUVE) who assumed the task of up-grading Malaysia’s Common Software administration system to the new web based SOPRANO system.
