Laos and Cambodia Joint Study Visit to Europe on Trade Mark and Design Administration Paris and Alicante, 4-8 July 2005

As part of national ECAP II activity for Cambodia and Laos, a group of officials in charge of intellectual property from these two countries paid a joint visit to Europe to learn about the functions and operations in relation to the administration of trade marks and designs.

In Paris, the officials visited the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) the Union des Fabricants. Thereafter the delegation visited the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) in Alicante, Spain. The delegation has been accompanied throughout the visit by ECAP II Programme Assistant Ms. Gulsemin Bal.
