Training on Trade Mark Examination Procedures, 26-29 June 2006, Jakarta

Ms. Patricia Lopez Fernandez de Corres and Mr. Wolfgang Schramek, two OHIM experts, conducted a training session for some 25 participants from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Right (Indonesia), the Department of Intellectual Property, Standardization and Metrology (Laos) and the Department of Intellectual Property (Thailand). 

The four-day training course, jointly organised by ECAP II and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DGIPR), provided an overview of trade mark examination procedures, grounds for refusal and non-traditional marks.
