Resource and Management Audit, 1-10 February 2006, Jakarta

Mr Tom Pengelly and Mr Mart Leesti from Saana Consulting undertook the second leg of the Resource Audit and Management Report (RAMP) for the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DGIPR).  The aim of the audit was to explore ways of increasing the independence of the DGIPR by formulating an appropriate legal/institutional framework and a resource development and management plan.  The first leg of this activity was implemented in November-December 2005.
