Expert Mission to Prepare Guidelines on the Substantive Examination of Trade Marks 14-18 March 2005, Jakarta

As one of the activities foreseen under the national work plan, the DGIPR of Indonesia has requested the EU assistance in the drafting of the guidelines on the Substantive Examination of Trade Marks. Two experts from OHIM namely Mr Robert Klijn Brinkema, examiner in the Trade Marks Department and Mr Luca Rampini from Opposition Division worked with the DGIPR to prepare these guidelines.
