Completion and Update of Implementing Decrees and Guidelines in the field of IP Consultants 31 January – 11 February 2005, Jakarta

There is currently a lot of discussion in Indonesia about the role of intellectual property consultant that is mentioned in all parts of the new IP legislation. As Indonesia is preparing to enact the IP legislation, EPO expert Terry Johnson will undertake this ECAPII mission to study the current legislation in the field of IP consultants and assist the Indonesian authorities with the drafting of implementing decrees and guidelines in this field.
