A workshop on patent information was jointly organised by ECAP II and the Department of Industrial Property (DIP), Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy of Cambodia for participants from various ministries, universities and from the local business community. Mr. Keri Rowles from the European Patent Office’s Vienna Branch provided information on how to search and retrieve international patent information in the esp@cenet® website which now contains over 60 million records of patent data .
The event was opened by H.E. Suy Sem, Minister of Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy and Mr Daniel Costa-Llobet, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Delegation of the European Commission to Cambodia.
