Translation of the European Commission’s Community Design Regulation and Guidelines, September 2007

ECAP II provided the Cambodian Department of Industrial Property with a Khmer translation of the EC’s Community Design Regulation and Examination Guidelines.  These will then serve as a basis for the drafting of relevant national guidelines and will be used during a forthcoming national ECAP II workshop on Industrial Design protection.
