ECAP II , in co-operation with the Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Commerce and the Department of Industrial Property from the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME) organised a two and a half day training on litigations procedures (appeal and opposition) for Trademarks and Industrial Designs in Phnom Penh from 17 to 19 December. The training, dedicated to representatives  from Cambodian IP offices as well as judges, prosecutors and practictionners, involved over 60 participants and was conducted by Mr. Arnaud Folliard from the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).
