ECAP II provided the automation equipments to Cambodian Intellectual Property Offices and the newly-creaed Copyright Department of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.  This procurement of hardware equipment aims at supporting the dissemination of IPR at regional level in Cambodia.
