Plant Variety protection Audit & Draft Regulation, 21-25 August 2006, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Vientiane

As a second leg of the ECAP II legal assistance provided through the expertise of the French “Comité Français de Protection des Obtentions Végétales (CPOV) in order to support the drafting and implementation of their national legislation on Plant Varity Protection, Mr. François Burgaud, ECAP II expert undertook a mission to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam from 21 to 25 August 2006 to assist local authorities in drafting legislation on Plant Variety Protection and related implementing procedures.
